1. Delivery Policy

At AL NAAZ TRADING LLC - FZ, we are committed to ensuring prompt and secure delivery of all orders placed through www.glamsglow.com.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Local UAE Deliveries: 2–5 business days.

  • International Deliveries: 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs regulations.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on product availability, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders exceeding a specified amount.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can monitor the delivery status via our courier partner’s website.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, our return process is simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@glamsglow.com with photos and a brief description.

  • We will replace the item(s) or process a full refund at no extra cost.
